The Garden’s going vegan again on June 22 with a Vegan Wine Lunch!

This time we have renowned local vegan Chef Joel Camp designing and cooking the entire menu!

For just $85, you’ll be served up an amazing 5 course meal with 5 glasses of paired vegan wines.

First Course:
Celeriac ravioli, wasabi cream, “parmesan”, herbs

Second Course:
Charred corn, miso, tomato, confit garlic, shiso, basil

Third Course:
Beetroot, blackberry, buckwheat, dill, almond cherve

Fourth Course:
Peking Shiitake, pickled cucumber, sprouted rice, chocolate

Fifth Course:
Salted choc chip cookie, sago, cookie buttermilk
